What are the hours you're available?

We are available Monday thru Friday from 9am. to 6pm. 

After hours and weekends, we are available for drafting requests.

How do you transmit documents for my clients to sign?

Documents are sent thru Transaction Desk via Authentisign. You will have the ability at the beginning of your submission to share your file with me in order to access your file from our Transaction Desk. All signings/executed documents will be available for access in your Transaction Desk.

Do I have to upload all documents the first time I request service?

Upon your initial request, please submit all the documents you have. You may visit this site for remaining document uploads or email me directly and include property address on the subject line.

Do I have to include client information every time I upload a document?

No, as long as you include your name and property address on all subsequent uploads,

that will be sufficient.

Will I owe a fee if the file cancels?

Each of your client's will receive up to 2 cancellation's at no charge. There will be a $25 fee per cancellation thereafter.

How do I pay your fee?

We will be paid directly from the brokerage at closing from your commission.

Who do you work with?

We work with individual agents and teams at AZ & Associates RE Group.
